We are on the road! After leaving Maryville at 7 a.m., we arrived at the Heartland bus yard in St. Joseph and picked up our trusty driver, Sherman. (We'll post of picture of him for you later!) We are so excited for all the experiences this adventure holds in store for us.
AmandaParr's Mom here, just wanting to say how amazingly proud I am of YOU and all of your peers, teachers, friends, and driver. This is an amazing adventure in all aspects of your lives. Not only are you giving of yourselves, you in return are receiving others love, compassion and appreciation for your all's thoughtfulness and all it involves. Again it makes mine and many involved in ways you'll continue seeing heart simply soar with joy the love being shown on both sides. I am overjoyed, and I didn't even get to take the trip. Lol Just know deep in your hearts - this is what life is about "caring for all and one another" . God bless and have safe journey in all your traveling. Deena Parr
